HDPE has a high tensile strength, good resistance to chemicals, good impact resistance, and is highly rigid and scratch resistant.
These bottles have a 38-400 neck finish; 38 refers to the diameter, in mm, and 400 is the reference number for the closure depth, style, and thread.
These containers are black which is an excellent canvas for a label and is also the perfect size for gummies, capsules, supplements, powders, and other related products.
Lay foam sealer on the bottle opening and close the cap, the inner liner will stay attached until it is peeled-off by costumer.
After the cap is closed and the bottle is sealed, place the plastic neck band around the cap, resting on the shoulders of the bottle, and apply heated air from a heat gun, hairdryer, or similar device.
These liners are NOT recommended for liquidy substances like water, juices, essential oils, etc.
