    This listing is for a rare 19th Century Rules for the Government of the Transportation Department New York, Lake Erie & Western railroad company. The precise date "to take effect" has been
    crossed out by somebody who wrote on top "December 1st 1895", but looking carefully on the second photo I believe it was originally dated from "January 1st 1891". As far as condition issues, I disclosed on the 4th photo that the first page most probably was ripped off. Otherwise I think it is in good and fair condition for the age with some normal wear and age related darkening.
