Please examine pictures closely for condition. The three foldouts are attached at one end between pages with original glue. Creases in the covers and the pages at the spine and the edges, scuffs at the corners, small (<1/2") paper separation at the spine of the front cover, a few
small dings in the edges of both covers, pages bound with two staples (some pages are separated from the staples at top or bottom but are still connected, covers are outside the staples and glued on), name in ink on the inside of the front cover (Ivan? L Samuelson), stains on both covers, some leeching of cover color to front and back pages.
