    Description

    This is a vintage original 1933 circular issued by the Railway Express Agency Colorado Division Office of Superintendent.   This circular is a single sheet printed one side only that measures about 8” x 10.5”.   This is Circular No. 4 dated January 4, 1933 issued to “All Messengers” of the Colorado Division and concerns instructions for dealing with money and other valuable shipments received in “bad order”.  This circular basically gives employee instructions on what to if a shipment of money or other valuables arrives in a damaged state and makes reference to Rules “620” and “621”.
    This vintage original 1933 Railway Express Agency rules circular is fully complete and in very good condition with light handling wear, two small spindle holes punched on the left edge not affecting text and modest toning from age.  Overall condition is very good.  Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
