    Description

    1962 Barbie Black Patent Leather "Solo in the Spotlight" large doll case from a collector's estate, was displayed in her "Barbie Room". Excellent Condition! No plaything this old is perfect, but this one is very clean with no major damage.
    Size: 13"H x 10.5"W x 7"Deep  Marked T.M. Lic., by Mattel, Inc.1962 on front.
    No tears in surface vinyl, some minor scratches from handling, mostly on bottom; black plastic handle intact, minor surface tarnish on metal handle holders; lining has no design just a texture with dots; red plastic strap with snap to hold doll in compartment & metal hanger bars are intact.
    "Solo in the Spotlight" design is intact on both front & back of case.
    One nick in patent over the "ie" in Barbie on back design.
    NO ODORS!

    I just wiped this off with a damp cloth but it is actually very clean.  Tarnish on metal might clean off, didn't try.
    Difficult to take pics due to the shine! Some show  reflection of my workroom!
