RETURN POLICY:
We do our best to provide accurate details about the items we sell, to keep returns at a minimum. We also take great care in wrapping all items in bubble wrap. I also package candles in Styrofoam peanuts to control extreme temperatures.
Returns are accepted for NEW and UNUSED items. If the item is factory sealed, the item must returned sealed. If the item is returned opened or used, it is not eligible for an exchange or replacement. Please be certain that the item is in the same condition as the item was described. As long as the item is returned in the aforementioned condition, I will pay for return shipping and you will be able to exchange or replace your item of equal value.
If the item is received damaged, please do not throw away anything including the envelope or box. Please take pictures of everything including the envelope or box and the item or items. This will enable me to file a successful insurance claim.
