3500 PSI 4.0 GPM Replacement Triplex Pump
This commercial belt driven pump comes with a VRT-3
unloader kit (sometimes shipped separately). The pulley keeps your pump running cooler than a bolt on pump. The separation of the pump from the engine, eliminates heat transference, keeping your pump running cooler and lasting longer!

I
t is highly recommended that this type of commercial
pump
be tank fed. Pumps with a direct water feed should not be allowed to operate in bypass mode for approximately no longer than 1 minute or so. Make sure you check your thermal relief valve regularly. If it ever goes off or you see it dripping, REPLACE IT. If you decide to connected to a tank feed with a shut off float, under normal circumstances with a large tank, you should probably be able to work for hours without risk of overheating and damaging your pump. You should also think about getting an automatic flow loss shut off. In case your customer shuts off the hose or someone parks on the hose, cutting off the flow. This device will shut your engine down so you don't damage your pump.
