Shipping Details:
Items are shipped using USPS Priority shipping. Some items may be shipped using UPS depending on the size of the package and shipping location. Shipments are processed within 1 day during business hours, Monday thru Friday; any items purchased after 3pm PST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday morning. High value orders will require a signature upon delivery. Cellular Heroes will only ship to a PayPal confirmed address. Cellular Heroes cannot process a change of address after a transaction has been completed.
There are no exceptions to this policy.

Below are the guidelines to receive a refund for your item:
The buyer must notify Cellular Heroes of the issue within 30 days of making the purchase and have the return authorized by a Cellular Heroes Agent prior to shipping the item back.
When returning the item, please include your full name, item number and eBay ID for quick processing.
The refund can take up to 3 business days to process once the item is received at our facility, however, we will do everything we can to process the refund as quickly as possible.
If the refund is for anything other than defective merchandise, Cellular Heroes will deduct a minimum of to reimburse for initial shipping costs. We do not pay for return shipping.
