    Description

This is a Guillows's 1/30 scale balsa wood flying model of a Nakajima A6M2-N Rufe as used by the Japanese in World War II.  The Rufe was one of the few floatplane-fighter aircraft from WWII.  This is really a Zero on floats!!
This kit has been started  -- the main float and one of the two wing floats are complete, and the empennage has been glued together but not tissue covered.  Aside from that, the rest of the work is up to you.
The kit has all the parts and decals except I didn't see a  rubber-motor hook for rubber power, or any stronger wood parts if you plan to use gas of electric.  The decals and canopy are quite good, and three colors of tissue are supplied.  The plans consist on the parts layout sheet and some detailed drawings the original owner made.  The actual assembly  instructions sheet is missing, but one  is available on the Guillow's website.  The last photo shows a printout of that webpage with the Guillow's internet address.
