Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This rotor is in Fair cosmetic condition with lots of tiny dings on the outside, as well as some scuffs/scratches/stains from prior use.  The inside has some white powder deposits.
Notes:
We are not able to test this rotor.  It is strongly recommended that the rotor be cleaned and recertified before being run up to full speed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
