when place order.  Any missing information may result in delay processing your order.
Handling Time
The purchase will need to be done at least 7business days prior to the activation date that allows processing and fulfillment.  Business days are 9am – 5pm, EST, Monday to Friday.  Any order placed after 4pm EST, between Monday to Friday, will be processed next business day. It requires 3 business days for processing fulfillment.Device will arrive 3 days prior to the activation day.

You must contact KyLinTV, Inc and send a request “Return this item “on ebay .  The Hotspot (s) and accessories must be returned directly to KyLinTV within ten (10) days upon receiving the complete request of cancellation.   KyLinTV will process the refund within 6 business days of receiving the completed returned item.If the hotspot has been mailed out to the customer but customer request for purchase return, KyLinTV will not refund the shipping at for regular shipping( for express shipping) and customer will pay for the return shipping.
Equipment and Service
In order to provide quality high-speed connectivity, speed is reduced after 350MB of data in each 24-hour period. After 350MB of data are used within a day, the speed is slowed to 2G which is fast enough to use KyLinMobile services. However, it is not fast enough to stream video. Activities like video-streaming are not recommended as they consume a high volume of data and limit access to the network. Minimize Background Data Transfers by switching off automatic email downloads and background app refreshes. Also deactivate automatic syncing to services like iCloud, Google, and Dropbox while abroad.
KyLin Hotspot Services are provided by third party provider and KyLinTV is not responsible for any services provided by third party provider. Third party terms of services applies to hotpot services.
Return Equipment:
All returns must be postmarked on or before the third two (2nd) day following your Service expiration/termination date. Leased Equipment must be returned in good working order, normal wear and tear excepted.
If we haven’t received your Leased Equipment within ten (10) days of termination/expiration of the Services you purchased, you will be subject to a late return fee (“Late Return Fee”) of nine US dollars and ninety-nine cents (US.99) per day (up to five (5) calendar days, i.e. until the 15th day of cancellation/expiration of the Services) for each of the day you delayed to return the Leased Equipment.
KyLinTV will process the refund within 6 business days of receiving the completed equipments and accessories
Any charges for damaged or lost Equipment will be deducted from Hotspot deposit. Charges break down as follows: per Hotspot device, per battery, per micro USB Cord, per package box and/or start guide.
If KyLinTV does not receive the Equipment within 15 days of your last usage date of KyLin Hotspot service, the deposit per KyLin Hotspot at will not be refunded back to you.
