    Description

    Set surcharged for the Latvian Tuberculosis Fund. Complete set with reverse watermark which is scarce on some of these stamp issues ... Michel catalog assigns a 500% premium to several of these with reverse watermark, including the 1s/16s key stamp of the series (CV
    €125 just for that one stamp). These are almost all MH * ... one is used (the second stamp, 2s/17s) and one is MNH ** (fourth stamp, the 5s/20s with margin). A great set.
