    Adaptor with one modular plug and two modular jacks. Converts single modular jack to twin outlet jack, for quick connection of two phones/answering machine combination.
    Instructions:
    Snap modular plugs from phones, answering machine, or other phone components into modular jacks on adaptor.
    Snap modular plug-ends of adaptor into modular wall jack.
    To remove modular plug, depress clip and pull.
