Some creases, little tears first 4 pages upper right corners . Pages show some wear on edges/corners here and there but overall very nice and clean. Blueprints tend to be a bit brittle and have  some separations at fold intersections, and some small edge tear. damage area on outside binding where front page and binding edge connect, some of leather tabs that show names of the sections are missing, and there is some staining on  the page edges that had tabs that are no longer there
