Refurbishment Process
For all second-hand devices, we reset to factory settings and give it a test run to ensure that download and upload speeds are as expected. Both the ethernet and Wi-Fi will be tested. The exterior will be inspected to ensure all posts, ports, and screws are not deformed.
Technical Support / Warranty Policy
4G LTE internet can be finicky. If the device has an issue in the first month, please first contact our technical support via the messenger, not by leaving feedback. Sounds basic, but we've had it happen. Technical support will be provided for the device only, not for other networking systems that may be connected to it. We normally reply within 24 hours Monday-Friday, but we occasionally schedule time away. Everything will be on a case-by-case basis, but in general we will refund most returns in the first month if device is not damaged and up to three months if it is clear that the device has a defect through no fault of the customer. This will mostly be on the honor system, so we request that devices not be returned if it was dropped on the floor or got struck by lightning. No technical support will be provided beyond 3 months.
