This 1970's Rumania Bent Knee doll by Madame Alexander is a perfect example of  the lovely dolls made during this time period. During this time, the dolls were all actually designed by Madame and one can tell the difference!  She is original and pristine mint in every way,   She is marked "Alex" on her back. AS you can see by her photo, her facial coloring and her clothing are all perfect and original.  To find a doll with her price tag still attached to her slip - is a fun find!   She has a replaced older Alexander Box.    This is the kind of doll we collectors all love to find!  Gorgeous!
This doll has been in my collection for 25 years, always in a glass cabinet, in my custom-built doll room, and a smoke free, pet free home. Be sure and check my other auctions.
