They appear to be new in box but we have no way to test them and thus are being sold as-is. While these are being sold as-is, previous purchasers of these batteries have informed me that they worked as expected.
Of the boxes that have dates, all have 12/9/16. The few that are undated are probably of the same vintage be we have no way to confirm this.
With the restrictions on lithium ion battery shipments, I only know that I can ship this item ground, domestically. Hence the location restrictions list below.
