Tiara 9" Dolls of Foreign Countries Pretty and Poseable  by Playmates Dutch Girl

Doll in new condition, never out of the box.  Original box but in rough condition, has scruffs, scratches, dents, tears, soiling, etc.   Doll does appear to have a left lazy eye, as when you lay the doll down in the box to close  her eyes; when you stand the box upright, the left eye is a tiny bit slow opening.  But does open fully.  Believe she is 9" high and posable as stated on other eBay listings.     Vinyl Doll.   I did not take her out of the box to see if this is so.  Got her at a country auction.
