No device is for sale in this listing!
This is not for monthly internet service. You must already own a Nighthawk. You will not receive a nighthawk or an internet subscription from this listing.
We can help direct you to a compatible carrier during the unlocking process if you would like. There are many others to choose from besides AT&T.

We will contact you within one day of your payment, Monday through Friday for our services to coordinate the upgrade. In many cases, we can even perform the upgrade the same day.
Please note, stock firmware is more stable and resolves many instability bugs, but can
not
be rolled back to ATT branded firmware and disables LAA (If you don't know what that is, you're not using it). You are more than welcome to reach out on eBay or call/text with any additional questions you have regarding this service. Please note - since you are purchasing this service and the time and skill completion of it requires,
there are no returns once the service is complete.

This is the fastest and cheapest option. We do the upgrade remotely - most jobs are completed in one day.

The PC
MUST
have have an internet connection

based off the Nighthawk (such as DSL, Satellite, Mobile Phone Hotspot.)

This is the slower, but easier option, averaging 10 days total.
We send you our ship-to address. You mail us your Nighthawk.
We upgrade it, and mail it back to you.
This service is to upgrade the firmware on your Nighthawk M1 to the latest stock Netgear firmware, unbranded and unlocked from AT&T.
This also unlocks the APN profiles so you can use the Nighthawk on ANY other compatible carrier as well, such as Verizon, Straight Talk, etc.
This also unlocks the ability for you to upload future firmware releases with simplicity and ease from the web interface on the Nighthawk.
This means you can easily do future upgrades without having to pay a skilled technician such as myself to do it for you.
While the AT&T emblem will still be on the plastic housing, this will remove the AT&T branding from the firmware of your device.
Please keep in mind that once the firmware is upgraded from AT&T branded firmware, LAA is disabled and ATT firmware can not be reinstalled.
Problems the latest firmware
resolves
include:
Inability to disable standby for the Ethernet port.
Power consumption issues that lead to random reboots.
Inability to receive latest firmware from over the air updates.
Inability to use other compatible carriers SIM cards (Such as Verizon, Cricket, etc.)
Problems that can
not
be resolved through firmware include:
Inability to use other
incompatible
carriers SIM cards (Such as TMobile, MetroPCS)
Ethernet port not working (though we can explain a workaround if you have one of these defective models!)
Wifi not working or inability to receive service due to poor reception.
Unlocking / adding more bands. A European/Telstra Nighthawk can NOT be made to work in North America, nor vice versa.
Poor speeds in your area. Even the oldest firmware AT&T pushes still has all relevant speed optimizations.
Inability to detect a SIM card / faulty SIM card tray.
Inability to power on, unresponsive power button, faulty USB / Charge / Ethernet port.
For most people, the stock firmware is just fine. In all honesty, if you don't know why you're bothering to look at this, you probably don't need this. I'm not into selling people things they don't need. If you're stuck on a firmware build where the Nighthawk reboots every few days, or needs to be rebooted every few weeks
, or you can't get AT&T to unlock the Nighthawk but you want to use it with another carrier....then this listing is for you!!!
If you need more than one M1 flashed, please purchase the number of units you need flashed.
