This version of Blue Boy was made before Pinkie was introduced in 1975.
Blue Boy is dressed in pale blue satin, braid trimmed suit with knee britches, ruffled lace shirt, matching blue satin beret
with blue ostrich feather trim worn over his full cut  brunette wig, white stockings, blue satin bow trimmed shoes.
Wrist tag attached  - Nancy Drew face.
