Vintage 1965 ~ Madame Alexander ~ Alice in Wonderland ~ 13-1/2" Doll

You are looking at a vintage 1965 Madame Alexander 13-1/2" Doll.  She is Alice in Wonderland.  She has a hard plastic body and legs, but her arms and head feel like a rubber?  She has sleep eyes that close nicely when she lays down.  Her hair is tangled and it looks like she has been laying on the back of her head for awhile (please see her back view pictures)  Her hair looks like it was poked into her head in sections, there is one hole? that you can see in the back of her head thaqt looks like the hair section came out of.  It is not very noticable, I do not think that you could see it at all once her hair was combed nicely.  Please see picture 7 for a better understanding.  On the back of her head it says ~ Alexander 1965.
She will come to you with:
Blue / Turquoise Dress it has a sewn-in slip.  The dress is a bit dingy and could use a good washing, I will leave that to the buyer I do not want to ruin it.  I can not find any tags in the dress.
White Apron - the apron could use a good washing, it is not bright white.  There is a tag in the apron that says ~ Alice in Wonderland by Madame Alexander New York USA
White Bloomers - the bloomers could use a good washing, they are not bright white.  The waist and leg elastics have lost their stretch. I can not find any tags on them
Two Stockings - they could use a good washing, they are not bright white.  The top elastic has lost its stretch.  They still stay up on her legs.
This is a very nice vintage doll that would make a welcome addition to any collection......
