VINTAGE 1979 AMTRAK - NATIONAL RAILROAD PASSENGER CORPORATION - OPERATING RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS
This vintage AMTRAK - NATIONAL RAILROAD PASSENGER CORPORATION - OPERATING RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS is dated April 29, 1979 and August 3, 1980. It includes a three-ring binder with multiple colored and tabbed sections covering all aspects of General, Operating, Movement, Signals, and System Rules; as well as Instructions for Brake and Train Air Break Signals; Electrical Operating with General Definitions, Victim Care for Electric Shock and Apparent Death, etc., as well as Safety Rules for Train, Locomotive and Other Transportation Employees. - It covers it all. Each tabbed section has it’s own Table of Contents index and illustration diagrams and sketches included. All information pages are present, but the beginning Tab A of the Operating Rules is missing.
Measurements: 10 1/4 inches High x 6 inches Wide x 1 1/2 inches Deep
CONDITION:  In very good overall condition. All information pages are present, but the beginning Tab A of the Operating Rules is missing. The metal three-ring binder shows very slight surface rust, from storage, but holds all pages firmly in place and opens and closes, as it should.  Please see photographs.
