Vintage Barbie OOAK SHEATH SENSATION OUTFIT w LUNCH DATE TRIM -- FUN!!!

What was I to do with a very TLC Sheath Sensation dress and a very TLC Lunch Date dress? Answer: Create a fun, pretty One Of A Kind outfit! I used the Sheath Sensation dress as the base. I added some of the chiffon overskirt from Lunch Date (including the pretty cotton trim) over the skirt. The Sheath dress had no shoulder straps and a tiny hole where one of them had pulled off, so I added handmade straps and embellished the little bow from the Lunch Date dress with a bit of print fabric. I also added new gold bead buttons. Original snaps in back. I will include this straw hat to which I added chiffon and Lunch Date trim, plus an oversized green satin bow in back.
I am a hobbyist, not a professional, so you should expect exactly what you see -- a lovely display -- and not something with stunning tailoring and perfection.
