vintage bullseye block wood door trim architectural salvage rosette plinth

Description

Wonderful antique rosette salvaged from a vintage farmhouse! Also known as a plinth, these wooden blocks with the bullseye design were typically found in the top corners of a doorway's moldings & trim work. Chippy & with patina in all the right places, these make great display pieces on the shelf or wall. Great for old house restoration! They can also be repurposed with hooks or knobs to make a holder for small towels, dog leash, etc. Fun, old, vintage-inspired charm for your country home!
Block is made of solid, sturdy wood with paint. It is chippy in spots & has lots of patina. The nails have been removed. It measures 5 1/4" x 5 1 /2". It is in terrific antique condition & is highly collectible salvage because of its versatile uses.
