Vintage Ford Chevy Dodge Truck Running Board Brackets Bobber Truck International

We have a pair of mystery running board brackets. I don't have a clue as to what they go on. I would guess an old truck. They are rusty and crusty but still very solid. The bolts that bolt to the boards are rusted solid in the holes and will have to be drilled out. The holes that bolt to the frame are clear. I don't see any numbers or letters on them. If I can get some measurements to help you figure out what they go to let me know. Ask any questions. Buyer to pay shipping. Thanks for looking!
