Vintage Madame Alexander Rose Bud Vinyl & Cloth Black Baby Doll  w/ Tag, MIB

Description

Rare Vintage Madame Alexander African American Rose Bud Baby Doll with wrist tag and original box.  The doll has the Pussy Cat face and body and wears a dress of pink and white rosebud print and is appropriately tagged "Rosebud" at the neckline.  When I measured her she is 14" long, but her knees are in a bent position, so I am not sure how that goes.  The doll is almost mint and the box is a bit rough.  It still has the neck brace, some pink tissue, and a plastic bag for her head.  She wears the typical white knit booties with rosebuds.  Elastic on clothing is still stretchy and she has beautiful, shiny brunette curls with a pink bow.  On the lower back of her head she is marked ALEXANDER 1977.  She is a crier and it still works, though it also makes kind of a thud when she is turned over.
This doll comes from my non-smoking home, never displayed, stored in my doll closet.  Sold as is.  Ships via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Select Ground to contiguous United States.
