The collection’s articles contain new searches about Igor Svyatoslavovich’s campaign in 1885 about the time of writing the “Word”, an analysis of the poetics of the monument and its rhythmic structure, a linguistic commentary on the “dark places” of the text. The book also includes a bibliography of major works on the "Word" over the past 40 years. The collection is intended for a wide circle of readers interested in "Words on Igor's campaign", as well as the history, literature and spiritual culture of Ancient Russia. The screensavers and endings in the book are made according to the drawings of M.V. Dobuzhinsky.\
